| Facade work continues on the new low-rise. |
I was in the neighborhood earlier today and just thought I'd snap a picture of the new CIRI headquarters, which as you can obviously see is nearing completion. I do have to admit that the building doesn't look the way I had envisioned it after seeing sketches of the design earlier last year. It's not as exciting, but then again it is extraordinarily rare that a building turns out exactly as it appeared in an artist rendering. Other buildings are expected to follow as the CIRI building is part of a larger development known as the Fireweed Business Center.
